[R2B4] Fog turbine at the finish goal??

Had to fight through the hordes inside the infection smoke at 100% only to find the turbine at the extraction zone.
Is it really meant to be played out like this? Isn't it supposed to be holding it to get through the smoke?

According to wiki there are multiple fog turbines: at least 2, one of which is the objective item.
Turbines are found in zones 764 and 765.
The extraction zone is 763.
Unless something wacky happened in your game - the described events are impossible, but half of the level is spent without one either way.

As Artek said. The turbine is found in one of 2 zones (rng, use a terminal every run to check). The path to extract is another way entirely and has no turbine so your run is not possible.

You are supposed to get turbine, backtrack to starting zone, do alarm there, use turbine to traverse fog to extract .
