Is there a server browser or friend list yet? or are you STILL required to do everything through discord, Been 5 years sense I left my review on that, figure Ill give it a try again but if still REQUIRES discord then nah

There is an automated in game matchmaking, but it's quirky. You can't even pick a specific level - only a tier.
So you pick to match into an A level - and you can join any A level in any rundown, and god forbid its one you've already cleared.

Great for casual playing in the evening, not so much for actually progressing through the game.

The average video game player is 30+ and we have jobs and families. Give it 'til the weekend. I've always been interested but it never seemed worth the price. I may check it out this weekend with my brothers.

I downloaded it for this free period. I tried the tutorial. I do not particularly like reading on what to do. I just want to play. I have (Tut) not managed to make it to the Evac yet, cus now I am doing other household stuff. :(

first time player cause of the free weekend, hour in an it basically feels unfinished, like great concept and atmosphere, but there doesn't seem complete, especially the match making

Honestly i just cant justify the price. My friend group has had in on our wishlist for years and played other free weekends. Just too much price for too old a game thats just a repetitive game play loop. We all value games differently but 1 dollars i should get maybe 10 hours of game play agree or not thats how a lot of my friends rate games. I don't think this game has enough content for 200 hours of game play let alone 400 hours of game play when its not on sale. Match making is still rough years after launch it doesnt even make that much sense unless you play in a group and you dont struggle to find lobbies cause your group fills one. Our last free weekend we played all the maps in the rotation and it just felt like there wasnt much else to do. its great to play and kill a free weekend on with your pals. Just not 20-40 bucks for it.

pretty difficult game, if you like tactical horror shooter you will have fun after some hours of practice,
it requires a little knowledge about the game mechanics to pass the higher levels and if you dont have friends you better get some, i'd say it's mandatory to have atleast one more player with you, not a single player game.

the game is pretty fun if you like high skill based strategy shooters, after my 1k hours mark i still struggle with a full team to manage the harder levels so...

everyone needs to know atleast a little about the base game mechanics i'd say, can't rush in there blind.
