Is It worth to buy GTFO on sale in 2025??

I've never played the game and IDK if there's still some new players to experience the game with or not

Don't go alone. This game need a team with comms for a great experience.
Solo is possible, but very hard.

GTFO is a very solid game, but you need to learn a lot for getting good at it !

All active players can be found on the official disord, there is a matchmaking ingame but nobody use it !

Go to the discord and unlike what Dommy says. the game is impossible to solo completely. So forget about that.

ya there are still new comers, couple of my friends were interested so they all got it together, and i went back to the beginning missions to guide them thru it its quite a lot of fun! but do understand this game is probably hard as balls and ideally u have some friends (doesnt have to be a full squad) to play it

very solid game ,very unforgiving, you will be surprised how great it can be. Some great moments when you achieve something.

Only if you have friends who are willing to join. Playing with few remaining expirienced players completely destroys the joy of discovery.

There's no in-game search for matches and the only place where you can find people is Discord.
I wouldn't play it without friends, so player count is irrelevant. You can be the only 4 playing, doesn't matter.

there is in game matchmaking and it works
yes you may have to press it several times but it works, i just played for 6 hours in matchmaking
