As far as I know they are working on Run 8 and should be the last one if Im not wrong

This is normal, actually. 2-3 months is the usual update cycle for this game.
We are currently awaiting the final Rundown 8 update, which is supposed to be a big one and they've been teasing us a lot recently, so it seems update is very soon now (until the end of month, at the very least).
