Key Card Not existing
Was in floor 2B and the key card was no where to be found at all, was pinging it and it was saying it was in a empty locker, spent 20 minutes looking did not find it the computer also said it was in the zone which it was not.

If someone has already collected the keycard it stays on the terminal list. Are you sure a teammate didnt already have it?

The only keycard we had was the wrong one, we needed Key_WHITE_628 and we had KEY_WHITE_123 and we had KEY_BLACK_696 Neither is the right key we needed. None of my 2 teammates had it, we had to quit out at the end and it sucked due to it being the last door we needed to beat that floor.

The numbers to keycards make no sense, 628 is 123, game is abit silly like that

We tried White 123 on the door and it did not not either, but there was another door that would have used white 123 but it was just a room with only gear not the HSU we needed to find

As Waylander said, usually this is as the result of another person having the key e.g. pinging an empty cupboard. It's unfortunate if it was something else.

Keyes in 2B ara always in Zone 43, try to ping it through terminal. Type in:

ping[SPACEBAR]key [key_colour_numbers] Terminal must be in same zone for pinging

for example:

ping key_white_123

You can also try to find out in which zone it is, but in 2B it is always in zone 43 you can check it from ANY terminal

for example:

query key_white_123

list zone_43 will show you all items in this zone, including the right name for you key you searching

Yes, I understand how to use the terminal in the game, we did list, query and ping the key card in question. No nobody had the key card in question, we did query and it said it was in the zone we looked in, we pinged it in the zone the computer said, and the only locker in said zone did not have the key card in question. but when you list the zone it says it is in there. I am 98% sure this was not me or my team mates just not seeing something and made a mistake. I can be wrong but I know at least we did mess up using the computer.
