Nope, not at the moment. The game is pretty much bare bones at this time.
More gear and such is on the roadmap ( http://gtfothegame.com/roadmap/ ), so at some
point down the road it might be possible.

As I mentioned earlier: it might be possible down the road. To create a Hunk like look for your
character, that is. There's no specific on what we'll get, so can't give you a yes or a no, just a
maybe at this time.
