Is there a solution for this problem? If not, I will have to return the game.

If you mean the double text stuff:
Thats intentional and part of the design and Im pretty sure you can turn it off in the game settings. Should be either HUD Pixel Effects or HUD skewing.

That didn't help. The text looks the same as before.

Ok just checked, its Hud Pixel Effects but it doesnt seem to affect the menu or the starting text; only the in game Hud. Never tested before so I just assumed that it would work outside of the gameplay too.

Thats intentional. It should look like a broken monitor. (Artstyle, and it looks smooth af) As the other said you can deactivate this for the hud. This message is completely unimportant and 99.5% of your time you are not in the menu so why return a game bc of that?
