It happened on several doors, to be more specific the one it happened yesterday is the one right next to the last blood door in R4B1. They had already starded hitting it and it was already Cfoamed before, after the first one was over I came closer to launch a grenad and the whole grenade went through... So I used my cfoam gun and same thing, the cfoam popped on the ground around the door inside and outside the room.

And yeah Doc BoBo not everyone is an expert bug tracker / reporter. I am not paid at all to do this, I understand this is not a final release of the game but no need to be that agressive.
And yea this bug has been around for a long ass time and the devs haven't fixed it yet and they're basically abandoning GTFO at this point.
You should just get used to restarting the game after every level you play to prevent these issues as the dev will not be patching it lol
Remember people, 10 Chambers is a proper company, GTFO was totally not a techdemo scam.
