Photosensitivity warning!
I fired two clips out of the SMG and felt insanely sick from the strobing lights it caused. My epilepsy is quite mild compared to others' but even so I was unable to play using anything faster than melee or pistol. Would appreciate if you could add an option to alter the lighting contrast during a later stage of development, as if this game relies on fast gunfire at any stage I am completely ruled out from being able to play it.

On this steam account alone I have 500 ish hours between L4D and L4D2, that's separate from playing on my ex's account and Xbox where PC wasn't an option for me due to slow net (I otherwise despise FPS on controllers). But I was able to tweak the lighting issues and it didn't affect me in those games, in this I can't.

And that was with me firing the SMG in a lit up area in GTFO, thankfully it wasn't outright dark surroundings.

I was making a suggestion for the devs to consider as I understood that this is where you were supposed to give feedback on the alpha.

It seems like the game relies on its current lighting and stuff like muzzle flashes actually impeding your ability to see, kinda defeats the purpose of having that in the game if people are able to just turn it off
