how to download a ghost train from Workshop Steam?

I don't understand...
Through Planet Coaster, I went to Steam Workshop Steam I searched for "ghost train" and subscribed to a ghost train.
After restarting the game, I can't find anything in "My Parks."

Look in your blueprint tab, it should be there

I subscribed to a bunch of workshops. Only a few of them appeared in My Parks > Downloads.
You're not telling me that there's either:
- a compatibility issue, in which case I don't know which DLC is missing
- another issue. Which one?
