Custom Dark ride

I want to create a dark ride that is also a wooden coaster. In other words it starts out as a regular wooden coaster with individual dark ride cars (not a train) and finishes as a dark ride inside a building all on one level. Inside the building you would have typical dark ride effects such as lights suddenly flashing on, mummys in coffins etc. I need to know where I can get the custom dark ride car and how to install it on the coaster track. Can anybody help?

Not sure it's possible. You can change the cars on the coaster but I think they will all be wooden coaster cars. I think you'd have to use those as single cars (no trains).

There are a few hacks out there that modify tracks and cars that may be on them. I do not recommend the use of such hacks as they could corrupt the game and it's associated files.

I had an after thought, on a dark ride you presumably want to use scenes and effects. a wooden coaster would go pretty fast and I am not sure full enjoyability of your efforts would result. Not trying to put you off you, give it a go, but if you want a coaster dark ride you might be better going for a launch coaster where you can control the speeds an awful lot and make it dead slow at times where people are meant to see things.

That is a good idea, but the only thing is I am better at making wooden coasters and that is why I decided on a wooden coaster. I even have the name already picked out for the ride.

Definitely like dark rides as there isn’t
enough of them in the game but there is
no customization in the guest department
unfortunately so I got pretty bored
very rapidly. kudos to you for continuing
on playing an abandoned game.
since they are working on planet zoo
unless there is an update I am unaware of, but I
can’t imagine there will be anymore since devs
kicked started planet zoo.

I don't think it can truly be considered abandoned, it's just complete as far as Frontier are concerned. Like RCT Planet Coaster will do the rounds for more than ten years probably.

Probably very true -- and probably every day of those ten years somebody is going to be asking for a waterpark --
