PLEASE HELP: Unable to access DLC's Packs for Planet Coaster

Hi, over Xmas i purchased the collections pack, which included Ghost Busters, Back to the Future, Adventure Pack etc, i think 11 in total.

When on the Steam App, i cannot see an option to download alll of the DLC's, or play them, its says the packs are in my library buy then available to buy as well, but we have already purchased them?

I have spent hours going round in circles, looking on Steam, Frontier website and Googling with no joy. A simple video how access this would be super helpful.

Please is anyone able to help or advise, once you have purchased an addon packs, expansions, DLC's or whatever its called, how do you then play the different version of Planet Coaster???

Any help or support would be massively appreciated as my son is really upset after we spent all this money.

Try logging out of Steam completely and restarting it.

If you purchased the bundle then the game and everything in the bundle would download all together. You shouldn't have to download each individual DLC unless they were purchased separately from the game.
Is your son able to get into Planet Coaster and you're just not seeing the DLC items?

Note that there are items that are locked when you first start playing the game that show as
a white tile with a lock on it. they will unlock as you play through the career mode.

But they should work perfectly in sandbox mode so it's worth using that to test.

we have restarted and logged out of Steam, I wasn't sure if to uninstall and reinstall?

thank you, it's good to know we should not have to download individually the DLC packs, sorry I should of explained that we can play the core game OK, but all of the extra DLC bundles are not available in-game, or we don't know how to access them.

We have not played much career mode as my son just wanted to build and be creative, some of the objectives in career mode are a bit dull. In Sandbox which is all my son wants to without stressing if enough money and if people feel sick, we can build a ghost train, so is that from the Ghost Buster back and we can make back to the future go-karts, again is that from the back to the future DLC? Sorry, where is the "white title" you have referenced, is this within the game?

Apologies as it might be me being thick, although being an avid gamer for over 25 yrs i thought things like this would be straight forward, doing mods for sonic generations and GTA is quite in-depth and those mods are free. Anyway, thank you so much for advice as the websites do not appear to cover how DLC work within the game.

Let's see what we can do. load a sandbox game. Then click on build at the bottom. Next click on filters and select content packs. now click on any of them and items from that content pack (DLC) will be the only thing shown in the build menu. Hope this clarifies things a bit.
