perhaps your drops are too steep and maybe too long? start making them more shallow sooner (aka higher up)...

I'm not completely sure but I think they shouldn't exceed around 5 to 6 G's. You can also use friction brakes for example before points where the G's are exceeded to lower the speed of the coaster trains.

You most certainly are building a very fast coaster. The high speed is fine on straight track but once you bend it, either up-down or left-right then the G forces come into play. If you want to keep the speed high then you need a longer, more gradual bend. Small, tight turns and dips will create big spikes in the G forces. My most intense coasters pull up to 5Gs for just a fraction of a second. For a real world example, astronauts endure about 4Gs during liftoff and that is a very intense ride. Most people would pass out at 9Gs.

This is very true, and by "most people" you mean "almost everyone with few exceptions."

If anybody needs an explanation, the G forces push all your blood down out of your brain, and your brain kinda needs that stuff for the oxygen supply. I don't know how long, but extended periods without oxygen (like a very few minutes) and you will become un-alived.
