You can open your park's save file in the scenario editor and change the park's allowable size without losing any of your construction progress, but when you play it in regular mode you'll be playing it as a new custom scenario and will lose game progress (for example, the amount of money the park has will be the scenario's set starting amount, not the amount of money your park had earned while playing).

Yeah, that seems the only way! :( I just ended up making the decision to change my park size and deal with no longer being in a challenge park, which sucks. Thanks for your help :)
That tutorial doesn't answer my question, though. I know how to change the park size, I just wanted to see if there was a way to change the park size and still have my progress (e.g, Research, Prestige levels, Money, etc) Instead it pretty much just blueprints my park and starts from day 1 in career mode. Thanks for your help, though! Tis appreciated.
