You kind of just have to keep checking but it's usually around holidays

Put the items on your Wishlist and Steam will send you an email when they go on sale.

Whatever the next sale is it’s going to have to be properly budget priced. 5 years old game and some very talented Theme Maker Workshop home made stuff.

If you buy on humble bundle can you integrate it into steam?

I think Steam keeps a record of what you've purchased, or at least I do notice when I look at the game / DLC catelog, it'll put a little "On Wishlist" or "In Library" as the case may be.

So yah, if you buy something you don't have already, it ought to just add it, no problem.

What I don't know is what happens when you've bought, like say, 5 items already, then you want to buy a discounted bundle of, say, 15 items, and 5 of those are the 5 items you've already purchased. Does it pro-rate the discount to the remaining 10? I don't know.

I noticed that if you buy a DLC bundle and already have some of them they will offer a small discount. But I want to know if you buy the DLC from a site other than Steam will they still be integrated with the ones you purchased on Steam so that you can use workshop items that needed that DLC.

That is a good question.

I know Steam can integrate complete games you already own, such that you can launch them from Steam, but I have no clue regarding DLC.

I found out that what you buy on Humble Bundle is the steam key which you have to redeem on Steam and then you have the DLC in your game. (At least that is how it worked for me with the Spooky DLC)
