black screen of death when loading up

hey all looking for some help I have had planco for over a year and had no issues till a few months ago all of a sudden whenever i load a park or boot up the game and reach the main menu my game just goes into windowed mode and black screens the game doesn't crash as audio is still running fine but its made planco frustrating to use specs aren't a problem but if anyone could help id appreciate it

Check your file integrity if you have not done so already.
If you have never done that before: Go into your Steam library, select the game and bring up its properties menu, choose "Installed Files", then click "Verify integrity of game files" and let it run.
Otherwise at the top of the discussions tab is a topic with links to frontier for tech support. They may comment on this post later with the same link.

CTRL ALT DELETE. when the Task manager appears, cancel it.
