Given how successful Planet Coaster was for them in 2016, the strong interest in a sequel from the player base and November 2024 marking the eighth anniversary of it's release, I'd say there's a strong chance the first of these three games would be Planet Coaster 2.
Expect them to announce whatever that first game is around May or June.
That seems to be general consensus amongst content creators however I personally feel they've all jumped to the wrong conclusion.
Frontier still have to port The Great War: Western Front to consoles in order to complete the wind down of "Frontier Foundry". That is the more likely candidate for the port.
FD has announced 3 new CMS games to be released over the next few years so PC is the most likely candidate for later this year but they could announce a new planet game.
Frontier Foundry is bleeding cash for the company and the "Great War" game has a peak player base of only 3.5k and current player count of 147 players So this game is highly unlikely to be ported however not impossible.
So PZ is the likely candidate to be selected for a console port but you never know for sure until announcements are made so we will find out for sure soon.

Looks like PC2 announcement is likely to be made on January 31st
PLANET COASTER 1 Originally called Coaster Park Tycoon was revealed on 29 January 2015.
I think its safe to say that PC2 will release in either 25 or 26.
It would be extremely surprising, if it was not one of the games teased to release around those dates.
Odds are that is the one thing you won't get!
Best you finish that park in PlanCo 1.
But don't listen to me, I have no clue.
Yes its indeed possible.
If PC2 gets released this year it would likely be around October or November as this would then be in FY25 as Frontiers fiscal year runs from June 1st to May 31.
Frontier plan 3 new CMS games across FY25-27
EDIT
Just looked back through my emails from when PC1 released. There was the early bird preorder alpha where we had access the the game early. I believe this was around July of 2016 so therefore Frontier could deploy a similar strategy again.
