Why Can't I Upload Pics to My Workshop Park?

I've uploaded pics before to my Workshop parks. But now, when I navigate to folder with my screenshots, there is nothing in the folder (but there is...). Don't know why they're not showing up. Also, when I try to click on dropdown boxes, nothing happens. When I click on the File Types dropdown box to change it (hoping to find my jpgs) nothing happens when I click on the little dropdown arrow.

Anybody have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

If all the images are in the correct folder and you can view them outside of the game, then I suspect that some of the game's code has corrupted. For that I would verify the file integrity. I have had a few games mess up before, including this one, and that has fixed the issue each time. If you have not done that before: Open your steam library, select the game and open the properties menu, then select "installed files", and click on the verify files button. Let it run. If that does not fix it, or if you have already done this and it still does not work, then you may ignore my post, because that's all I know.
