Advance move snapping??

I'm not sure if i've done something, but when moving an object up and down in advanced move it snaps to certain increments? Just like an item on the grid. But for moving left and right it's smooth, and so is the rotation.

"Grid height" option. Just below where the grid size option is. If it's all the way to the right it goes up in 4m increments. If it's all the way down you can smoothly go up and down as needed. As chasbar mentioned there is a "vertical snapping" option in settings.
