Why didn't I think of that, so wait I tried as stated in the above posts. For 2 days, I tried to get Microsoft to update it's own software correctly.
Refunding the game won't fix the issue with Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. Do you really think other new games won't use this library? I think Fallout 4 used Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 also.
i have Windows 7 + SP1 and all C++ updates from 2015 but the if you try to run the game from the direct access on the desktop it just closes the games then if you open from the root folder shows a message of "missed .dll file"
you can search this dll files on this page https://www.dll-files.com and download the x86 or x64 version of the dll file that the game is asking for.. so continue adding this dll files to the root folder of the game or on the System32 folder and then the game will open when all the required dll files are on the root folder
this was my solution...
here is a list of all dll files that requested to me before runs:
api-ms-win-core-file-l1-2-0
API-MS-Win-core-file-l2-1-0
api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-0
api-ms-win-core-processthreads-l1-1-1
api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0
api-ms-win-core-timezone-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-environment-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-filesystem-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-locale-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-multibyte-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0 ----------------> i think this is the fist that request...
api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-time-l1-1-0
api-ms-win-crt-utility-l1-1-0
I hope you find this helpful! Cheers!
