Where are the hungry/thirsty guests?
I keep getting notifications that "Guests are thirsty" or "Guests are hungry" but I don't know how to find out what part of the park they are in. I look and I seem to have plenty of booths everywhere so I don't know where to put any. Is there a way to track them down?

It normally isn't that hard to work it out.

They are either far away from any stalls down quite a walking from anything path or they have been waiting in the ride (or multiple rides) queue so long since they even had any food and a drink that they really need them.

Yes when they get in the ride queue they needs are still active and dropping meaning if your ride isn't pumping your guest out from long queues faster off the ride well would really need their needs refilled but they can't cause they eaither on the ride it self or in the line.

If you still don't know where to put a food or drink staills then just go around your park surveying your park by going to a area clicking your guest that pass by and look at they needs if it looks good then move on to another area to survey till you find the spot most of your guest are complaining but like i said its normally those two areas of the peoples parks where this problem lies.

So you have to plan to better structure your park. With every way you create, you have to see to put banks, bins, lights and shops. Pro Tipp:

Build in the area of the entry a drink shop. You have to set up the price little bit less as the other drink shops.

There is a third possibility: They're those idiots who wander around having spent all their money so they can't even buy food or drinks, but they also refuse to use ATMs even if one's right in front of them.

I just opened my sandbox park last night and I kept getting the same thirsty notifications even though I have drink vendors placed evenly throughout the park. I believe the above comment is my problem. My roller coaster line is unreal. I let 3000 guests in the park and 80% of them want to ride the coaster.
Glad I saw this post and I think I now know what my "thirsty" problem is.

VestedGamr, I agree they are a whiny bunch, and not the brightest of minds in their universe, but I think I'm going to check on the que lines and see if that's contributing to the problem. Thanks for all the suggestions Everyone!

Definitely a good thing to check. Every single factor mentioned here is a possibility - guests stuck in long queues, poor shop coverage, guests refusing to use ATMs when they don't have money, I've seen all of that happen simultaniously.
