Ghostbusters DLC, guide/help

Sorry to bother the main forum with this, but I'm having a lot of trouble finishing this and I must be missing something because I've watched three different walkthroughs on YouTube and none of them even mention this being a problem:

Less that three ghost in the park for a month!?
I have my three guys trained to the max, containment units everywhere, and I'm not even getting close.

Like I said, the guides I watched were like, "No problem" and then it just happened.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi , just finished the Ghostbusters levels so know how you feel, just stick at it, and accept the challenges, as it was the drop in ghost presence that one of them gave that cleared that objective, but the whole level is a lesson in persistence, just keep pushing on as best you can.

I'm redoing it and this time I'm accepting ALL the challenges!
I was ignoring them because I didn't need the money, but now I see I really screwed up.

Did you assign your ghost busters to specific zones?
I managed to get the number of ghost lowered from a bonus mission, but I still can't get it below 4 at a time, minimum.

Hey, no i just left the busters on free roam, not an issue as it's a small park.
You need to make a path access from the main park to the railway station that is on the far side of the map( if you haven't already) , this station seems to become haunted a lot and without a path for the Ghostbusters to get there, you'll not get rid of the ghost,
Make sure your busters are fully trained, as the mission continues the ghost level increases and low trained busters will not be able to capture these high level ghosts
Aside from that I can't think of anything of note apart from the aforementioned persistence

I finally got it.
I realized the problem was my second tram station. It's too far away. If there is a ghost there no one gets to it and they keep multiplying there, or someone gets to it, leaving a bunch of other stuff unattended.

As soon as I closed it I got the goal pretty quickly.
