Editing in Sand box mode and reopening in Challenge mode?
Is it possible or will it ever be possible to start a game in Sandbox mode save it and then open it up in Challenge mode,
I would like to be able to edit the terrain in a sandbox setting and then save and reopen it up in Challenge mode without having to use the scenario editor because from what I can see the only mode that the scenario editor lets you save or open a game in is Career mode and I despise the Career mode and everything about it.

In the scenario editor one has the option to create challenges rather than objectives. Thus when you save it one should be able to open as challenge.

No, This is not what I am looking to do, I do not want to edit any of the challenges that are already set in challenge mode, All I want to do is edit the terrain so that the map is not totally flat at the start without having to place several rides and letting the game play by itself for a week before I have the revenue to be able to start the game with the money to be able to build up the terrain without completing several of the challenges already, Sure I can do that in Sandbox mode but it is the random challenges that make the game enjoyable for me. It would be nice to just have a map editor at the start that could have a mode assigned to it
Part of the reason for this is so that I can get more experienced in placing paths on uneven terrain while having some other actual achievements while playing. 1 example If you start up a challenge mode game in desert the map is totally flat and does not have 1 editable tree in it, It would be nice to be able to at least be able to copy and paste at least 1 tree at the start without opening up and searching a menu.

I think I may understand your need. You would like a park with interesting terrain and challenges already set up so that you may focus on game play rather than making a park completely from scratch. Right?
Perhaps you might want go to the workshop and type in the search box challenge and see if anything there suits your needs.

No, What I really want is a not so boring map to start the challenge mode with! Because if you really think about it, Having a map that is not all flat to begin with like this creates challenges also. If you were to ask me I would tell you that this could have been implemented in the levels of difficulty as they progressed. Instead of making rides break down faster or guest happiness decrease faster for instance it would cost you more to make the terrain suitable for use. It is this kind of terraforming and path creating that has inspired my question

Because it is very difficult to create paths on hills without using the path angle tool that sets a long path at way too much of an angle! and the tool in the terraforming tools also sets the angle at 45* no matter what the angle of the terraforming you try to have it follow witch is way to steep, What I am looking for is more of a 30* angle so that the path editor will follow it without it complaining that the ground is too uneven to place the path. It's not a simple endeavor to accomplish this! It takes hours worth of trial and error just to make the ground accept a long incline such as this, It does not have to be this hard! I would like to see a smooth ground option as well as a flatten terrain in the path editor also so that the paths that are at this incline can be smooth instead of all hilly. Another good option would be a square terrain editor option along with the circle editor. Here's another angle of the hill.
