How do I take the hub out of the game, like, like a photo mode, where only the image of the game is?

Are you talking about getting rid of the menu frame?

There may be a way, but I don't know what it is. Personally, I'd just edit the image and crop off anything I didn't want, but then I'm very good with that sort of thing.

Just to adjust the answer, so I can help someone with the same question, the command is:
RIGHT CONTROL + RIGHT SHIFT + G
