Challenge Hard Mode seems impossible

I love playing tycoon games on hard and this game is no let down. The management portion of it is great!! However, challenge mode hard difficulty seems impossible. I can build one ride and maybe one shop, can't take any loans and I just hover at around $0. Need to be able to take loans I think (maybe much higher interest rate?) or start with $3000 instead of $2000 or something

You need to build a thrill ride and shops, lower the wages to half or less. The workers will quit at the end of each month, but you can hire new ones and exploit them, too. As soon as you've got the money for the 2nd ride, turning a profit gets way too easy. Slightly raising the fees and prices for rides and food also helps.

What pong said, essentially at first you kinda need to treat employees as if they are expendible. I often would hire a mechanic and pay him 0 anytime a ride broke down for example. I don't recommend a shop until atleast the second ride is down, and if so it'd be a drink stand. Once you get like 3 rides it starts to really speed up. That said I do think they should tweak the start amount to about 3k or just allow loans with massive interest rates. Once you get going it's a decent challenge, until then its veerrrry slow and frustrating.

Build one thrill Ride and some thrashcan.you don´t need janitor at the start. Wait with the mechanic until the Ride is "damage". Try to accomplish the challenges. You get 1000$ for each one. Then build shops like the hat shop(no trash) and so on. Then i build the family ride. So the families don´t leave my park immediatly or you could research another thrill ride. Don´t forget some cheap scenery like nature things. Now you raise the entrance fee.
With the second htrill ride you´ve enough money for the rollercoaster.
Later the game is easy like all the others. That´s all :-)

Once you have some stuff standing yuo'll flow into a regular game which is extremly easy. I spend quite some time on decorating and I can't seem to spend my money faster then I earn.
Also, try to catch a game with an easy to get challenge, this makes a huge difference at the start.

Another thing, wait with shops untill you have 3 atractions, shop leave a lot of litter forcing you to get a janitor.

And if you want to cheat, close an atraction and re-open it. People pay when they enter a queue but not won't get a refund ;)

If i started at the diffuculty i hoped it´s more complicated to earn money but it´s the same like the other ones :-(

The start isn´t easy but that´s all. Okay you need more research but later you get so much money that´s not a problem. They pay the same entrance fee for the rides and so on. Their is nothing special for me.
