benches and trash bins?
Open beta weekend I was able to find them. Now I have no idea where they are in the menu. I looked everywhere.

At the bottom, choose Scenery. On the menu that opens you have two tabs "Blueprint" and "Custom" You want to select Custom. On that tab you can click on the icon for "Path Extras".

I did all of that and still I see no bins. I see where bins are supposed to appear, but there are none.

Do you happen to already have bins somewhere? Click on one of those and clone it.

Even when you know where the thing is in that gargantuan scenery menu, sometimes cloning an existing item is faster.
