So glad this thread is here. Just purchased PC and wondered why it didn't start to download. Now I know why. Its just after 12:30 GMT. So about another 5 hours or so.

Because its released at 7pm CET for everyone, So the time its released for you will be different because of timezones.

AEST actually ;) Hence not available yet...

AEST is actually Australian Eastern Standard Time. Noththing to do with America. Because if it was being released in Australia on their 9th it would have been released by now. So it will be released in American Eastern Standard Time.

Yes I do, because this will release like any other steam game at 7 pm CET

If its not just "preload" then it is very suprising and I will conceed on them not releasing at normal steam time. That being said I can't play now anyway, so does not bother me if its out or not.
