Shops n Drops career mission help

any tips for me to get monthly profit up to 6k from just shops and facilities? rides was easy but this is pretty hard, if i make a lot they just tank really easily and only a few are sucessful

Stuck at this Mission too. I got 2 coasters running with about 3k profit each, some rides and even space for two additional coasters and even more rides. I really drown in money from the rides and coasters. 1.2k guests, shops at every corner and i still just make 3k from shops. I really don't know how to squeeze more profit out of this park and i am still stuck with one star.

On finishing this one I had.
4 Milkshake stores, 3 cheif beef, 1 hats/mementos/balloons.
Raise the prices on your food/drink by £2, the shops by £1, and charge peeps £1 for the toilets and the atm.
Also peeps seem rather thirsty here, so train your drink vendors up 2 levels, add £20 to their wages per level to keep them happy. those 2 levels will help serve more peeps per month and get you a good nudge towards the goal

still stuck on this one too. managed to make 750,000$ in revenue but couldn't top 5k a month for shops. I tried the tricks you suggested and even remade the park to have all the ride exits end at a shop plaza but no luck

Depending on how close to the 5k you are, you could try and pop all 3 marketing adds to bring in the customers, keep them going for maybe 3 months and see how far along it boosts you. you never know if the ques are full they might just go shop

I too am having issues with this

Main one being I can't even raise the prices of the basic food!

I stick 50p on it and boom... it goes from 400 a month profit to 1-200 loss!

Rest of my park is making money hand over fist! Cheap entry too as for some reason they wont tolerate my usual price levels! Same with rides, though I'm making money I can't up the prices, they just wont take it!

One would assume trying to be clever and only use food shops with stuff like chili sauce as an ingredient, and higher grade drink shops would help.

But with the way customers are so crazy, they'd probably ignore a park full of hotdog stands (Same price range as burgers) and energy drinks (much more expensive than shakes by default) even when starving and dying of thirst. Because it's not the most popular shops in the entire game, even with no other choices.

Still, I know what I'm going to be trying just to see how it turns out in a while for that mission. Out of curiosity as much as anything.

I finally did it lol

I came close with 5975 one month. That was with my milkshake and slush guys max trained....slush stand was making me a grand a month some months!
Then I remembered I had a hotdog stand. Saw it made a loss. Shut it down. Complete next month.

Once again I tried hats and was only selling four a month! And for some reason no one was using atms. But I made it lol

Next up I see is one where rides break down more...lovely! Think I'll try that tomorrow
