I have a bunch of mechanics and they seem to do nothing. My rides are overdue inspection and I dont know how to get them fixed. Help?

Go to each ride and change the inspection times. The default is 30 minutes. You can change it to 10 or 20 minutes between inspections. From the same screen you can also call a mechanic to fix the ride as well. Also make sure you Train your mechanics so that they are more skilled.

Ive tried all that except for training the mechanics. Does that make a big difference?

Yes it makes them do their jobs better. From the same screen you can also call a mechanic to fix the ride straight away as well.

"Request Inspection"

You only use the Refurbish button if you've had the ride a long time and it's getting old and starting to break down a lot.

That button is grayed out for me? It wont let me select it. I was able to do it to another broken ride just now

I had the same issue too! Make sure your ride has an exit pathway joined to the rest of the park pathways. Mechanics only enter rides through the exit! Took me days to figure this out, but after following all of the above suggestions, this is what fixed it.

You nailed it, that was our problem exactly! Thanks.
