Guests complaining of long queue's even when using short queues?

Im having an issue with my ride queues. Basically I have a coaster with a small queue and 9 minute wait and 35% of people are complainign that its too long. I figured adding a priority queue would fix this yet they still complain.

How do I sort this issue out?

I just played the Suzaku park from the workshop and it has only 2 attractions. a whirly rig family ride with 100% queue scenery and the main attraction coaster with 100% queue scenery and a very high track scenery rating. While 9 minutes is too long for this amazing coaster, people stand 40 minutes in line for that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ whirly rig!! Prices don't even matter, I made the coaster free and they still wouldnt want to wait 9 minutes. there were 3000 people in the park and they were just shoving each other at the entrance!

the thread topic is about queue times and why guests wouldn't wait even 10 minutes. the battlefield in front of the entrance is just the result of stupid guests, who turn around, but has nothing to do with the actual topic.

Oddly enough this only seems to happen when the queue itself is too short. I started building longer queues (rides further back from the main paths) and I don't get them anymore, or at least very rarely.

Oh I never thought of this! That would indicate that their complaints are not actually triggered by wait times but by how full the queue is. I'll try longer queues and see what happens.
