Can't rotate camera

As far as I can tell, holding my center mouse button down and then moving the mouse should rotate the camera. It doesn't. All other controls are working. How do I get the camera to rotate?

No help out there? I have been through all the controls and done a lot of web searching. Is it simply that one actually cannot rotate the camera view in this game?

It does that for me, are you sure your middle click works?

Why can't there be a keyboard key for rotating the camera? I can't play this with my trackpad or my logitech mouse that is touch without middle click.

Q and E rotate the camera

EDIT: I figured it out. Required a bit of monkeying around with check boxes, but eventually got it.

How did you accomplish this? Base controls have Q and E lowering and raising camera and I see no way of modifying them to rotate.

try hitting the "T" key and see if that fixes it...t controls regular camera and free look camera controls.
