down load VC Redist x32 or 64

its in my local files but it wont install

Try:

1- Update Windows
2- Control Panel/Uninstall Program - uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86
3- REBOOT (don't skip this)
4- Download and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 and x86 (2 different installs)
5- Reboot

This has helped a few people. Not everyone.

just run the windows update it should be fine make sure your gpu drivers are uptodate is well

Do a Google search on it. There are lots of suggestions for this problem. However, if nothing works you have 2 options. Do a clean install of Win 7, apply all updates, and hope it works, then reinstall all your software and settins or update to Win 10 which is what I ended up doing.

That is the biggest PITA to do a clean install. I'd rather shove a redhot poker in my dickeye than clean install windows plus all the stuff I have installed on my hard drive..

After installing all updates and restarting
i went to local files Steam>steamapps>common>planetcoaster>vcredist>2015>

hen i installed vcredistx64 and vcredistx86

It installed correctly

Gonna paly the game tonight
