Are 2 accounts/avatars possible?

Hi there, wonderful game.

I am playing the game with my kid. How can I easily give him his own account and avatar inside the game, so that he can have his own progress saves, maps etc, without messing up mine?

Try steam share.
Else you need to create another account and only then buy a new game and activate on that account.

You can allways create a savegame for you and another savegame for your kid.

As stated above steam share works great for this. My daughter has her own steam account and I have family sharing turned on so she can play my games with her own saves and characters. Some games do not well but this one does.
