Also build some stores near the new attractions.
If you have made the transport free and no one is using it then you have bigger problems somewhere.
From my experience of the same kind of set up I had people use the transport but it isnt cost effective until you have a sprawling park with many rides.

And ignore other places and attractions, even if I have lowered price, set 100% scenery rating, and put shops and toilets around...

I earned a lot of money in the initial phase with few attractions, but now I'm going bankrupt for that. :(
And my shops (just a momento or Loony Ballons) don't sell almonst anything, even if they are placed in crowded place and items sold for just one dollar! (and even for free!)
Is the game bugged or I wrong something?
Nothing change, neverending queue in the first one (at double price), no one in the second one!
Really annoying, I hope they fix that issue soon, because it totally destroy a good game.
My tip, in the few hours I've played, is to treat your customers as you would expect to be treated. It's my considered opinion they will respond accordingly.
I can definately say that doesn't work with priority passes. I could care less if other people are buying them, but guests ALWAYS complain - and then attempt to buy them anyway only to claim they're too expensive.
I've said this several times now, the game played better during ALPHA 3.
Wait in a long line and pay double
Walk to the other side of the park, pay half price and not wait in line
Yes, I would walk to the other side of the park, not wait in line and save money. Your analogy is flawed. It would be faster to walk to the other location than to wait in line and additionally you would be saving money. You would need to be an idiot to not take that deal.
On a similar note, I had a few coasters that seemed like they should have been awesome. In the end very few people wanted to go out of their way to ride them. Even though they had decent E.F.N. rating, it needed to be better than the rest of my coasters for them to waste their time walking over there. Now i have a perfectly good coaster in the middle of my park i practically can't pay people to ride since i put in water rides...
