How do I force UI scaling for my 4k monior?

I just purchased this game and the UI is so tiny I can't hardly read it unless two inches away from the screen.

How do I set the UI without lowering my screen resolution?

There is a ui scaling option in the interface options menu.

I found it. Thanks. It turns out 70% was auto-default for 4k for some reason/. Should be at least 150%. I have it at 200% for my tired eyes. At least until I get the game going.

For me it's also locked at 70% and UI is so tiny, can barely read anything.
[Update] Ah, got it now. You must first turn off auto scale, afterwards you can move the slider...

This, Im playing at 4k and I scaled the UI up. Look for Text Size in the options.
