To do the former:
- Go to Scenery > Display Sequencers
- Place one of the two Display Sequencers, anywhere in the park.
- Connect them with the designated button in the menu when you click on the placed sequencer.
- From there you can set it to go off at certain times, or in intervals.
For the latter:
- Construct a coaster.
- Click the lever icon on the Coaster's menu
- Connect a trigger to the fireworks
- Make sure the triggers look good, and it'll shoot the fireworks every time a ride hits that particular part of the track.
