Water Parks!!
Come on devs, stop drip feeding us with small DLC's and bring us something BIG.

Can we get water parks now please?? This game has been out long enough...

Frontier has stated that they currently have no plans to develop a water park DLC for Planet Coaster.

Here's a quote from Community Manager Bo:
We are aware that some of the community have been keen on getting a waterpark DLC or expansion pack. Currently we have no plans to develop this. We don’t feel that we can deliver this in a way that suits Planet Coaster, meets the quality level our fans deserve, and offer it at a reasonable price point.
We understand that this might cause a little disappointment with some of you, but please know that we have looked at all of our options and believe that this is what’s best for the game overall. Rest assured, the Planet Coaster dev team are still hard at work on the game.

After Planet Zoo, I fully believe 100% there will be a new Planet Coaster game that will have water parks, sure they're not planning to do it any time soon but after Planet Zoos completely finished, for sure a water park Planet Coaster game after it. These are the same developers that made the RCT games, they had animals (Like in Planet Zoo) Planet Coaster (Rollercoaster parks). If the same people that have made those games which did have water parks in them, absolutely there will be a separate game to Planet Zoo and Planet Coaster with water parks after Planet Zoo. With that said, enjoy Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo :-D

PS: if there really is going to be a third Planet Coaster game with water parks, my theory it will be called something like this...

Planet Soaked
Planet Water
Planet Slide

Double PS: There wouldn't be a lack of content in a water park game, they can come up with loads of a different variety of unique water slides, there would be loads of things to do, just stating that fact there :-3 I prefer there will be a third Planet Coaster game with water parks, that really is on high demand, hope it's a dream come true for many players that are into theme park simulation games such as this.

But on the bad side, rollercoasters couldn't be built on the pool or transit between the slides or even better, underwater! Also a new game is certainly more expensive than a DLC.

In my case, I hope that this will release as a DLC to remaster my old RCT3 parks and most importantly, because of the thousands of items that Planet Coaster offers.

If there will be a waterpark game, that may not have all the Planet Coaster scenery and buildings from the main game and from the DLCs!
It would be a very bad thing if we should re-purchase all the DLCs for the soaked game to have the Planet Coaster scenery.
I wouldn't even purchase the waterpark game in a similiar case.
Also would be bad not having the possibility to place the planet coaster objects, buildings and special effects, thememaker's toolkit and workshop items in the waterpark.

It would make sense with the lack of a waterpark DLC, especially due to high demand for one. the game industry hasn't had any major waterpark sims since RCT3 Soaked. The same happened with Planet zoo, since a zoo DLC was in demand for a bit as well, But thats just my theory, What do you guys think, Waterpark DLC, or Waterpark game?

In my years of playing RCT3, I feel that frontier should add a water expansion to Planet Coaster. I felt that it was a poor decision to make Planet Zoo as a stand-alone game rather than being a DLC for Planet Coaster. I can understand that they are viewed as different assets, but it's within the network of building rides (since slides and others are technically rides.)

I've been very impressed with Planet Coaster on how it controls and along with different cool features, the problem is that frontier failed to add more content with the game so we can have more creative options to choose from in terms of roller coaster variants and rides etc. You could buy more content, but in my wallet it's very expensive to purchase most of the DLC that frontier put out a while ago. I wish it was more valuable than it was in RCT3 that makes it a worthwhile game.

The Rides and Coasters that we have are decent, but aren't similarly matched in quantity of RCT3 where you would unlock stuff accordingly depending on your progress. So in a way Planet Coaster is very newcomer friendly and very relatable to the original RCT installments. But I feel that the developers are milking it for what it is worth, and thus and it's a sleeper hit yet a huge improvement over RCT3's quirks but not content wise.

I wouldn't mind if it was DLC and affordable. I'm somewhat split on the games being their own games, it bothers me that frontier didn't really thought it out and didn't take inspiration on what RCT3 did with the expansions they added. Sure it may be overwhelming and overkill for some who played RCT3, but I feel it was a welcome addition to RCT3, there were more coasters, rides to choose from and some different attractions that were cool to try out as you progressed in the story mode.

Whereas in Planet Coaster, the selection of roller coasters are limited at the start which somewhat kills your creative freedom on what you can do in this game. This game would've got more people drawn into this game without being it a high dollar cash trap by spending an outrageous amount of money on existing DLC's that frontier released.

All in all, I like the controls of this game and other features that were nice. I'm disappointed that frontier didn't improve in content as much (sure the content was decent), I feel that they could've been handled better rather than splitting it up in stand-alone games themselves.

Sorry, but it's not happening. Frontier have repeatedly stated there will be no water park DLC. (and stop yelling. It's rude.)

They already said that their graphics engine is not compatible with water as such, such as the Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, in Planet Coaster the water is only represented with simple texture, in RCT3 the water had physics, which in this Planet Coaster apparently does not It is compatible with having physical water, greetings !!! ( sorry im use google translator )
