PS: if there really is going to be a third Planet Coaster game with water parks, my theory it will be called something like this...
Planet Soaked
Planet Water
Planet Slide
Double PS: There wouldn't be a lack of content in a water park game, they can come up with loads of a different variety of unique water slides, there would be loads of things to do, just stating that fact there :-3 I prefer there will be a third Planet Coaster game with water parks, that really is on high demand, hope it's a dream come true for many players that are into theme park simulation games such as this.
In my case, I hope that this will release as a DLC to remaster my old RCT3 parks and most importantly, because of the thousands of items that Planet Coaster offers.
If there will be a waterpark game, that may not have all the Planet Coaster scenery and buildings from the main game and from the DLCs!
It would be a very bad thing if we should re-purchase all the DLCs for the soaked game to have the Planet Coaster scenery.
I wouldn't even purchase the waterpark game in a similiar case.
Also would be bad not having the possibility to place the planet coaster objects, buildings and special effects, thememaker's toolkit and workshop items in the waterpark.
In my years of playing RCT3, I feel that frontier should add a water expansion to Planet Coaster. I felt that it was a poor decision to make Planet Zoo as a stand-alone game rather than being a DLC for Planet Coaster. I can understand that they are viewed as different assets, but it's within the network of building rides (since slides and others are technically rides.)
I've been very impressed with Planet Coaster on how it controls and along with different cool features, the problem is that frontier failed to add more content with the game so we can have more creative options to choose from in terms of roller coaster variants and rides etc. You could buy more content, but in my wallet it's very expensive to purchase most of the DLC that frontier put out a while ago. I wish it was more valuable than it was in RCT3 that makes it a worthwhile game.
The Rides and Coasters that we have are decent, but aren't similarly matched in quantity of RCT3 where you would unlock stuff accordingly depending on your progress. So in a way Planet Coaster is very newcomer friendly and very relatable to the original RCT installments. But I feel that the developers are milking it for what it is worth, and thus and it's a sleeper hit yet a huge improvement over RCT3's quirks but not content wise.
I wouldn't mind if it was DLC and affordable. I'm somewhat split on the games being their own games, it bothers me that frontier didn't really thought it out and didn't take inspiration on what RCT3 did with the expansions they added. Sure it may be overwhelming and overkill for some who played RCT3, but I feel it was a welcome addition to RCT3, there were more coasters, rides to choose from and some different attractions that were cool to try out as you progressed in the story mode.
Whereas in Planet Coaster, the selection of roller coasters are limited at the start which somewhat kills your creative freedom on what you can do in this game. This game would've got more people drawn into this game without being it a high dollar cash trap by spending an outrageous amount of money on existing DLC's that frontier released.
All in all, I like the controls of this game and other features that were nice. I'm disappointed that frontier didn't improve in content as much (sure the content was decent), I feel that they could've been handled better rather than splitting it up in stand-alone games themselves.
I HOPE FRONTER MAKE DLC WHEN THEY RELEASE CONSOLE EDITION
PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE
I'm sure if you beg really, really hard, they'll ignore you that much harder.
I am guessing this is a kid. Maybe a six y/o.
