The custom music folder of Planet Coaster is located at:
"%userprofile%\Documents\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\UserMusic"
Paste this address in a Windows Explorer window address bar and hit enter to open the folder.

That folder is generated automatically when you start the game, so in theory it should be there.

Have you checked your Documents folder carefully to see if it is there?

If not, then use Windows search to locate the UserMusic folder.
