Employees keep quitting!! (In Sandbox)
Ok, the management thing is cool but there needs to be a feature to turn it completely off so staff doesn't quit. It was never this bad before. I used to be able to pay them higher salary when in sandbox mode and they would never quit. Now they drop like flies. I've already turned off the option for staff energy system but this is really annoying that they keep quitting like this since the last few updates.

If I'm playing sandbox with unlimited money, I don't want to worry about staff!!!! There should either be an option to auto hire staff when someone quits or make it so they never quit when in sandbox mode.

try building plenty of staff houses and give them perks.

Is it the janitors/Mechanics mostly? Ive noticed they get stuck on bins/benches if they are too close together/near other solid objects(When they are stuck they cannot go to the staff building to rest to they just become happy and eventually quit;will still be stuck after lol).

My janitors still keep getting stuck on things like benches, it's a big hassle when you have dozens of them in your park and you have to keep picking them up and moving them away. Very annoying.

Frontier needs playtesters.

Same problem here. The staff are a nightmare, constantly getting stuck on scenery and janitors quiting because they're complaining about being both overworked and underworked at the same time!

Iv noticed that if you move the trash bins, because thats what they are hanging on, then they start to work right. You cant, for some reason, put a trash bin right next to a bench..They will hang on it every time.
As for your employees quiting, like others have said. make sure you have staff rooms. I have yet to "need" them to have perks.

Figured it out. Hire new staff, only train them to level 2 - and pay them like $500 or more - they won't quit and will be happy. I like to sometimes sandbox my park doing an opening + closing cycle so this works if your staff keeps quitting. I also turned off need for staff buildings so it's less to worry about. Still wish Frontier would make an option.
