then when you have a staff building you have an adecuate one for them? (you can customize it accoring of what you employed need, if they have too much work or not at all, if they need entrateinment etc)
this building is on the same place where you find your info building, food, drinks entrance tickets etc
Higher training also helps the monthly shop sales to go up allowing the shop to make more money to pay for the vendor's salary increases.
A staff building serves 3 vendors but can be increased to six. It can also have a specific perk assigned to increaase training, happiness or energy recovery.

By adding a staff builing to to each themed area I can keep the workers on that work roster in that area of the park decreasing their travel time to a staff building. It also minimizes the number of employees that are free roaming the park.
If a specific shop is missing a lot of sales month after month, I assign a new vendor to that specific shop.
