Tarmac not Appearing?

hi i have all the dlcs but tarmac wont come up for use do i have to enable it or something like that?

Do you mean the terrain paint? You have to replace it with a current terrain paint in the game menus (when you load your park). There is a paint brush icon with a mountain next to the save file when you go into "My Parks". From there you can replace one of the terrain paints with the tarmac paint.

I have no idea what youre talking about man, i cant find anything with tarmac anywhere and i own all the DLC

its terrain paint you heve to edit it in scenario but you have to replace it with another paint
