Any way to disable employee attitude?
I don't want to manage how happy or upset they are. Is there any way to turn off this feature?

The only way to do this is to load your park into the scenario editor & change staff behavior settings.

Yes, that is if you are playing in sandbox mode, first go to options and select game, scroll to the very bottom and select staff happiness, then you shouldn't have to worry about managing your staffs happiness, and as far as i know, this only works in sandbox mode and i think in challange mode, not in the scenario editor/a custom scenario. They haven't added that option yet.(as far as i know)

Damn not really liking the sandbox because of unlimited money :S

I seem to always have trouble with janitors who never seem to be happy. So I fire their butts and hire replacements. As long as they remain reasonably happy, they keep their jobs.

Yah, it's cold-hearted, but come on, it's only a game!

what he said - I have done this and it works like a normal scenario (non sandbox) so no unlimited money

I would consider firing unhappy employees. I've fired every janitor I had because they were just getting more and more miserable, even after training up and increasing their pay. So far (knock on wood), their replacements have been happy as clams.
