Im not exactly talking about realtime. But i just felt like day / night go by a little too fast and was hoping maybe there would be a change anytime :) thanks for the answer
and ive not counted but there isnt 30 day/night cycles every month ingame or is there?. This is wrong in many ways. just like in simcity. Skyrim did dayy/night cycles right i think. with console comands you can slow down ingame time there so it matches real life.
As for time going by too fast, i just pause the game when i build. I finished the 3 easy pirate scenarioes(all 3 goals) in 3 months gametime. One goal per month.
Its not that i want to pause the game. i just would like to have day / night last longer. for example i think 10 minutes for a day and 8 minutes for night would be perfect. Its just strange when im looking at my park and enjoying the views but noticing that day passes by in maybe 2-3 minutes? i also dont want to have to lock time to day only because i enjoy day / night cycle.
Real Life Parks are open at night. It all depends on the park's hours.
At least you get moonlight. Unless you lowered the brightness from default. But, try building underground. Have fun without any light.
Hit the "L" key for a light.
I'll have to try that. Actually, i'll load it up soon, start a new sandbox, and make an underground hole and try it and let you know the results.
Still something though. And if needed, i can just place angled spotlights around the edge and lights in the middle as i build and whatnot.
