What is a 4K Blueprint?

Stupid question, but I keep hearing people on videos refer to a 4K blueprint? What is that?

4K means that blueprints can consist of a maximum of 4,000 in-game objects per blueprint. This used to be a lower amount and was increased during ongoing development of the game.
