High GPU usage

Recently I've been experiencing high GPU usage, and I don't know why. I've downloaded the newest drivers, and nothing works. I'll load game, 2-8%, seems nice. Main menu loads. JUMPS STRAIGHT TO 80-90%!!!! I start up my park, 95-100%!!! Please help, I don't know what to do, and this is my favorite game at the moment, and I would hate to lose the ability to play this game.

And no, my temperature is fine and is normal.

Obvious question is what are your graphics card specs?

i am having the same problem i have a ryzen 5 1600 and a nvidea gtx 1050 ti

I don't understand your problem with this? You want high GPU usage, that's normal. GPU utilization should always be hitting 99%.

If you're below 99% utilization, then you're either maxing out FPS so the GPU doesn't need to use all resources available, or you've got a CPU bottleneck.

the problem is its crashing my game. I am not maxing out my fps. no more that 60 fps so either you are talk out of your ass or you don't know what your talking about. I have played alot of other game to see if i can replicate the issue but this is the only game that hits 95 - 100 % of my gpu

If you don't know about GPU utilization then you really shouldn't be gaming on PC. Get educated before you comment on somebody not knowing what they're talking about.

i have been running alot of test on the other games i play and none of them max out my gpu so if you had read my post properly you would have seen that. But what do i know I know just another moron here. Not Thats the last time i aske for advise here. So Torcqua don't bother replying to my post i dont want to hear it

Make sure VSYNC is enabled either in game or forced via driver settings.

I would disagree... building your own is arguably more popular than ever.

To OP: we can't help you if you don't give us at the very least what your CPU and GPU are. No reply in 5 days probably means we won't know...

Hi! I'm sorry for the late reply! I have had this happen and what the problem was is that the game was using the small GPU on my intel i5 instead of my NVIDIA graphics card. I would check the settings for what the game is using for its graphic card. Hope this helps
