Specific Guest Thought

I have a Guest Thought in my park that is red and has the frowning face. The guest thought reads " I want to do something fun. I don't want to shop at Hat's Fantastic." It didn't bother me at first, then it grew from 4% to 8% and now it's at 12% and one of the biggest guest thoughts in my fledgling park. I'm like " then don't shop there," but it keeps rising. How do I fix this need or lack of need?

Souvenirs like hats are mostely bought after a good ride experience. Place your souvenir shops close to an exit of a good ride.
