My park entrance ticket price is 5 dollars, the roller coaster is also $5, is still too expensive, and their happiness is almost full..
While I don't know the specfiics of the problem there are some things which allow you to charge a higher price without changing the coaster itself. Scenery on the queue and scenery on the ride. Look at the first tab on the ride for queue scenery level (0-100%) and on the test tab under results for ride scenery (Low to very high). The higher the scenery ratings, the more you seem to be able to charge.
Hope this helps.
