How do I change the car?

In the new update, it said you can now change the type of car that is used on your roller coasters. How do I do this?

Customization tab has it. Some rides don't have alternative cars, unless you go into game options and switch on the rule to use more car types (which actually does cause some noticeable clipping sometimes).

I don't think so - not unless you turn off the restriction like Admiral Obvious said above.

I built a wooden coaster last night (Monster), and it had one other train option. Not all coasters were unlocked in that scenario yet though.
