Just follow these steps :

  • Create your queue like you normally do but keep in mind to leave room for the Priority Queue.
  • Click on the ride and enable 'Priority Pass' in the ride's 'operations'-tab
  • Place an entry for the priority queu ( on the excisting normal queue )
  • Place an exit for the priority queu ( preferably close to the entrance of the ride itself )
  • Place an Info booth to sell Priority Passes

Here's also a video which features a few tips and the priority pass queu :

Priority Pass is adressed on 5m28s.

Just some tips from someone who's had some experience dealing with the Priority Passes:

1. When setting up Priority Passes, position matters. Que times are kept in check on a guest's decision, if the que only cuts them past 1/3rd of the que time, they arn't going to think its worth the cost. Make space and make sure that Priority Que can move as close as it can to the entrance of the ride. If you can't get it closer than at LEAST half the que, don't bother.

2. Scenery helps. Even though Priority Queues speed up the waiting time for guests, make sure its a ride WORTH skipping ahead for. Heavily scene rides (At 100%+ Scenery) will give the incentive the pass is worth the effort. Think like your park was Disney ... you gonna pay $20 for that shorter que to a simple Carousel, or the MGM Movie Ride with all the trappings and fancy sights?

3. Charge more deeper you go into your Park. Now I don't know if this works well, or I'm just lucky, but make those guests REGRET skipping the purchase. Priority Passes at the park entry should cost something cheap. I put $10 for mine. But, if you go further into the park, the price jumps to $20. Oddly, this has netted me a lot of profit as guests end up realizing they missed an opportunity and want to capitalize on it again.

4. Don't be afraid to ignore Priority Passes. I'll be straight forward with this one, if you can't get those priority passes working, or you're constantly losing money from Info Booths because they can't drive the profits on those passes as well ... rip those Queues out, and sell off the infobooth (to get a refund on the booth, and to fire the shop keep to avoid paying for them, yes, you pay for staff even when the shop is closed).

But do I need to research the info booth? I am not able to find out where they are....

Info Booths usually do need to be researched, yes. And while the game has a limited number of stalls, you can always find the basic building block to make a stall for Information in the 'Custom' tab in shops n' stalls. Get yourself some themed empty stalls from the Workshop you can add the booth into so you're not fighting to explain a pirate Info Booth in your Sci-Fi park.
