How do I hire employees for the food shacks?

My food service employees complain about being overworked, but I can't find where to hire more.

They are automatically hired when you (re)open the shop.

Only 1 per shop. Train them to a higher level and they will be more efficient at what they do. Make sure you pay them a little more for each level of training they receive.

^^ Yeah this. I kinda misinterpreted (aka skimmed over) the question.

What you need to do is train them. If your Employee is getting marked as 'high' workload, train them up. It's a little pricey, but once they hit that sweet spot of workload, they go back to normal and stop complaining.

It this respect, I usually end up with a majority of my park's stall employees at lvl 2, and maybe 3 or 4 at level 3 or higher, pending on traffic locations.
